In the midst of the coronavirus crisis, Marco Antonio Regil debuts as host of Minuto Para Ganar, a game show that airs Monday through Friday at 7 pm/6c on Telemundo. "You have to have fun," said the Mexican.

How are you going through this crisis?

I am working from home for now. I did a free class that is at www.marcoantonioregil.com and I talk about it, at this moment what we have to do is manage our mind, not allow our mind to manage us. What is happening is that beyond the coronavirus there is a virus that is the fear virus and it is very contagious and that virus is very dangerous.

Fear spreads to everyone and you suffer at home. Right now you can also turn your mind to do positive things, to create an idea, there are a lot of things we can do instead of worrying.

How is your dog Bernie in health?

Okay, he's recovering from surgery, from a tendon in his knee that was done a month ago. Among the ills [of the pandemic there is something good], I am here taking care of him, I am working with him from home. He is four years old.
