The moment we were all waiting for, seeing you and María Celeste Arrarás will have to be postponed a little after she chose to be in voluntary quarantine for being exposed to the coronavirus
We are in contact quite often, that part of the familiarity is not lost, although I am in the studio and she is at home, the dynamics we have will not be lost. We know each other very well, our chemistry is something that is real. I think it will be a positive thing.
It is a privilege for me to be able to enter people's homes at this time. It is incredible that Telemundo trusts me to be the voice of all Latinos.
What is the call that you would make to the viewers who see you regarding this pandemic?
The call is to [try] to be aware, to seek peace within. If we give ourselves to hysteria we cannot achieve anything, the mind is the engine of what our body does, if we are in depression we do not help our family.
You have to find something that gives you peace, listen to music, something that fills you up. If listening to the news gives you stress, turn off the television for a while. There has to be a balance.
What preventive measures are you taking?
I live with my mother who is elderly and I have to be very careful. I have had asthma too and I have to be careful. I have peace because of my trust in God. I'm going to use the mask. I maintain social distance [as we did] in A new … and now in Al Rojo …
