This year, Ana María Canseco wants to find love. How? "My mom says that if I don't get [out of the house], the only thing I'm going to grab is going to be the [garbage collector]. And I want to get love. Go to bed at eight o'clock at night and now because I don't go out long enough and it doesn't give you a chance to meet anyone, "the 52-year-old Mexican, who will ask for help on her YouTube channel, exclusively accepts People en Español. "But just as I'm taking advice on dieting, I'm thinking of taking advice from specialized people and telling me what changes [I have and] a person has to make today in modern times to get a partner."
The reality is that according to Canseco, it is not easy to get love at his age. "We have the idea that there are no good women and men, but I think there is a lot of the way you want it and where you are going to go," she says. "Where are you going to be to find that person. Because it will be difficult inside my house. I have to go out with a certain mentality. What happens to us women our age is that we were very shy, so I was shy, My courtships were very long, it didn't work out, it didn't work out."
The good thing is that in terms of changes, she is an expert. "If someone thinks that talents have an expiration date, we have shown them not to," says Canseco, who, after leaving Telemundo, is a host for Échate pa'ca (GLR Networks) and has a blog. "When you have a connection, [the fans] are with you."
