Marysol Sosa Confirms Legal Actions Against Sarita

The controversy over the conditions in which José José lived after moving to Miami; as well as what happened during his death, they continue to be the subject of speculation. Given this, Marysol Sosa, daughter of the singer, assured that the legal actions that were taken long ago, in Mexico and the United States, against her younger sister Sarita will continue. She even confirmed that they already have contracted, in both countries, the relevant legal offices.

"It has been done, what has been done in both countries [about the legal actions]," Sosa confirmed to the media. "Let's say it's the follow-up for the death situation."

The descendant of the Prince of Song, made it clear that this procedure will continue until they receive the information they deserve from their sister. In addition, the notary who led the singer to sign the powers to Sarita must also be accountable, because that is not the job of a legal representative of this type; which should only have carried out the relevant procedures, but without any intervention.

"They owe me a lot of answers and they are going to give them to me," he warned. "In all the situation we are in, there is another person [said notary] who, at any given moment, will have to give an account."

Marysol Sosa revealed that on a personal and internal level, “I did what I had to do as a daughter” and said goodbye to José José on February 6, 2018, when he last saw him.
