José Ron is, without a doubt, one of Televisa's fashion stars. A few days after having finished recording the new version of Rubí, whose premiere is scheduled for next year, the Mexican interpreter gets ready to face another acting challenge.
The 38-year-old actor has been chosen by the producer Lucero Suárez to headline his next soap opera, I Give You Life.
Ron, who has already worked under the baton of Lucero Suárez in his two previous stars - Falling in love with Ramón and Ringo - will have as a partner in this story the young Mexican actress Eva Cedeño, who played the lawyer Leticia Jara in the first season of Por love without law.
The 28-year-old interpreter, who dates Fernanda Castillo's brother, thus gets her first leading role four years after debuting on Televisa as part of the cast of the melodrama A you don't leave me (2015).
Ron and Cedeño will be accompanied in this new soap opera by a first-rate cast that includes faces very dear to the public such as Erika Buenfil, who returns with this story to Mexican melodramas after having concluded their exclusivity contract with Televisa months ago.

The soap opera also marks the return to the Mexican television station of Jorge Salinas, who this year starred for Imagen Televisión and Telemundo in the romantic comedy Un poquito tuyo with Marjorie de Sousa.

Te tey la vida, whose recordings will begin soon in Mexico City, is a version of a successful soap opera that combines melodrama and comedy.
Its premiere is scheduled for next year.
