A mother had a terrible scare when she saw the ghost of a baby sleeping next to her son in his crib. Maritza Cibuls, a mom in Illinois, put her 18-month-old son to bed and saw something that horrified her on the baby's monitor. Maritza saw what appeared to be the face of a ghost baby lying next to her son. "Last night I swore there was a ghost baby in my son's bed," he wrote on Facebook.

“I was so scared that I hardly slept. I tried to quietly enter with a flashlight while my son was sleeping,”he added. Cibuls made sure her son was fine and sent the photo she took of the 'spirit baby' to her mother, husband, and close friends trying to find a logical explanation for what she was seeing.

The mother even touched the crib to see if she felt something strange, but could not find an explanation. The next morning he finally found the answer to the mystery. She noticed that the mattress in her son's crib had a photo of a baby (a kind of advertisement) sticking out of the crib sheet and in the darkness of the room she looked like a ghost.

The mother's post went viral, reaching more than 500,000 likes and being shared more than 300,000 times. The fright of this mother ended up making many laugh when solving the unknown of the "ghost baby".
