She has decided to put her acting career on hold for a while to study at the university.

Excited with her new life as a university student, the Colombian actress shared the news with her more than 4 million Instagram followers on Monday.

Yes gentlemen, now I am a student. Many people asked me why I have been a little absent for the last few months because here is the reason. I started studying at the university,”reported Siachoque.

The actress, who is about to turn 23 years of relationship with her husband Miguel Varoni, acknowledged that it was not easy for her at first to resume her life as a student since 'she was unusual and out of date', but it is something that I have made her very 'happy'.

“It is always a good time to do it. It's never too late. It has touched me very hard, I was unusual and outdated, but I am happy,”said Siachoque.

A happiness that is reflected in the photo that the actress shared on Instagram in which we can see her with a most casual look while carrying a backpack on one of her shoulders.

"This was paparazzi from Mauritius, one of my colleagues and good friends," Catherine explained about the photographer.

The actress is currently aired on Telemundo screens as part of the cast of The End of Paradise that airs on the network at 9 pm EST.
