The estrangement between the singer Alejandra Guzmán and her daughter Frida Sofía ended in a media lawsuit that lasted several months.
The waters are calmer now and what has been left of the races has been exhaustion for mother daughter.
But for Christian Estrada, the model who was singled out as the third in the family controversy for allegedly being romantically linked to the Queen of rock, the controversy predicted a different fate. The actor also assured that after what happened he gained more fame in Mexico, since he was already known in the United States.

"With the controversy that was caused by Frida and Alejandra, yes, it gave me a boost in Mexico, but I did not seek fame, I just earned it," the artist told TvyNovelas, assuring that he only saw Alejandra Guzmán like a motherly figure.
"Of course Alejandra and I never had anything, I saw Mrs. Alejandra Guzmán as a mother."
And do you see a future with Frida? "[I would not return with Frida] because I had a lot of problems and now I am very happy with everything that is coming to me," he said.

After months of a prolonged media lawsuit, Alejandra and her grandfather Enrique Guzmán Frida decided to give her a space because of the attitude she had towards them.
“Frida wants to become independent from the family, the family hinders her. She wants to succeed and I hope she does. In the part of education and affection for her relatives, that part left her aside. She does not love her family. It is very difficult for me to say to my granddaughter 'love me' if she does not want to,”Guzmán told Mezcalent.
