“I eat very healthy and run a little on the treadmill. There is no shake or secret pill. I wish there was. I simply love to eat well and healthy food. I don't go out to dinner much,”Klum said about his eating habit. “We cook every day. I have four children. It's about cooking fresh things every day and eating homemade food at specific times. I eat [my last meal] at 6 pm and that's it.”
The presenter also spoke about a product that she has been using for years and the one that keeps her looking that fresh and young. The best of all? It has a fairly affordable price.
"I use it on my face. It is supersoft,”she explained. "When I use very thick creams, I get pimples. I have used this for many years. It doesn't clog my pores.”
