The shocking cold-blooded murder of singer Fabio Melanitto has shocked public opinion, which is now seeking answers to the tragedy that occurred in broad daylight on the streets of Mexico City.
The chilling incident occurred on Wednesday when the 30-year-old Venezuelan artist was on his way to eat something with his girlfriend. Suddenly a subject intercepted him and blinded his life when trying to steal the motorcycle.
However, other versions are already circulating in Mexico, indicating that the South American's death was an execution signed by hitmen.
In the midst of the tragedy, this Tuesday the woman who accompanied the singer broke the silence to make a heartbreaking confession. "I do not know what happened, I only know that he was killed next to me," said the young woman who spoke via telephone to the TV Azteca TV program Ventaneando. The television station identified the girl simply as " Giuliana " without providing her last name or nationality.
"I don't know anything else, I don't really know, I'm just assimilating all this," the Venezuelan-accented girl continued. The girl assured that she did not even know who called the emergency. "I do not know, I think the neighbors. I'm kind of in shock, I'm not okay, really."
The networks have reacted strongly to express their pain at the loss of this young artist:
The interviewee declined to comment on whether she had spoken to the authorities "I'm doing it," she said. Her testimony will be crucial to clarify the attack that occurred at 5:20 p.m. local time, in the Salles de Concepción Béistegui and La Morena, in the residential neighborhood of the Narvarte neighborhood, in the heart of the Mexican capital.
According to the Mexico City Attorney General's Office, those responsible for this crime are already being sought. The singer is survived by his five-year-old daughter Antonella Montero, the fruit of his marriage to actress and singer I vonne Montero.
