A video captured by a passenger traveling on the Aeroméxico plane that collided on Tuesday shows distressing seconds lived before and after the crash.

Evidence provided by one of the survivors reportedly revealed that the plane was unable to take off properly due to an air current, which caused the aircraft to continue to advance over land for a few kilometers and then end up in flames.

All 103 people on board, 99 passengers, two pilots and two flight attendants, survived.

The pilot of the plane, Captain Carlos Meyran, suffered the most serious injury: an injury that required surgery. Some survivors had burns to a quarter of their bodies, according to a local official.
