A UK mother is coming under fire for allegedly teasing her daughter for beer.

A video captured in the woman's house shows how the little girl holds the beer can while her mother raises her hands in celebration. The clip was shared by the father of the minor through Twitter with the aim of showing with proof the bad upbringing that her ex-girlfriend gave her daughter.

"Look what you are doing to my daughter giving her alcohol and she won't let me see the girl, please help me by retweeting to expose her."

The publication caused outrage at netizens who helped the event go viral after the father claimed he had posted the video online because the social services department had not helped him.

The incident was reported to Merseyside police, who confirmed in a statement that they were investigating the incident.
