Nacho Vidal, the famous Spanish actor of pornographic tapes, this week filed a complaint in Colombia against a doctor because he allegedly made him lower his pants and touched his genitals when the actor had gone to the medical center to treat an earache.

The alleged sexual assault against Vidal happened on Tuesday at the Country Clinic in the city of Bogotá, where he is recording the extraporno (XXX) version of the Netflix series Narcos.

Vidal's lawyer, Daniel Mendoza, assured that this doctor referred him to a specialist, with whom the actor took a photograph and asked him about the exam that the first doctor had done. The specialist clarified that the pain he complained about in the ear did not justify examining the genitals. It was there that Vidal was outraged and sued the doctor.

The clinic issued a statement announcing that the first doctor who treated Vidal had been suspended, despite the fact that he had always performed in a respectful manner and his work had always been faultless.
