Attacks are once again the tool used by President Donald Trump. This time against the mayor of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Carmen Yulín Cruz. He accuses her of 'poor leadership ability' shortly after the leader asked for more help and solidarity from the central government to the island, totally devastated after Hurricane Maria.

Yulín Cruz's reaction was immediate and he replied to the president's tweets. "This is the time to show who we are. We cannot be distracted by anything else,”he wrote. The main objective right now is to "save lives".
