Ivanka Trump, 35, revealed in an interview with Dr. OZ that she has suffered postpartum depression after her pregnancies.
The daughter of President Donald Trump spoke of his condition on the television program of the American doctor and explained that he had suffered a certain level of the condition. "With each of my three children I had a level of postpartum depression," said Arabella's mother, 6 years old; Joseph, 3, and Theodore, just 18 months old.
"It was a very emotionally challenging time for me," admitted her father's adviser to the White House in Washington. Even Ivanka, who is a businesswoman and is married to Jared Kushner, commented that this condition made her feel as if she was disappointing everyone.
“I felt like I wasn't living up to my potential as a mother, as an entrepreneur, or as an executive. I had such easy pregnancies that in a way the juxtaposition [one thing against the other] hit me even harder,”he revealed in an excerpt from the interview that FOX News broadcast.
Us Weekly published another excerpt from the interview in which she states that Trump's eldest daughter detailed that she decided to speak now because it was not something she had planned to have done beforehand. "But you asked me a question and … it is incredibly important and look, I consider myself a strong person and that I am in charge, I am ambitious, passionate and motivated, but this is something that affects parents across the country," he said with simplicity.
