Usher Faces Lawsuit

After the legal lawsuit that two women and a man filed against Usher, on the grounds that the singer exposed them to the spread of herpes. The interpreter of "No Limit" rejected these accusations, as reported by the US media TMZ.

In response, on Thursday, Usher's legal representatives, Laura Wasser and Zia Modabber, delivered an argument against the lawsuit in California court. In the document, the also musician denies having had sexual contact with his accusers, therefore, it would be impossible for him to have exposed them to this virus.

However, Quantasia Sharpton, who is one of the female applicants, claimed to have a video test, which shows that she had a sexual-type approach with Usher Terrence Raymond IV - her real name.

According to the young woman, who is now 21 years old, the contact was made after a concert by the singer; which she attended on the occasion of her 19th birthday. And although Sharpton has not been infected, she demands compensation of almost $ 20 million in reparation for the alleged exposure to this disease.

Although the singer, who effectively has herpes, has not spoken about it; however, through his lawyers, he has warned that there are no legal arguments to sue him because at that time he was unaware of being infected with the virus, therefore, having had a sexual approach with the accusing party and transmitting it to them, it was not in a way intentional.

The problems for Usher go beyond that demand, because the company with which he is insured will not be responsible for the legal or health problems of the singer, because he hid his illness from this company.
