Man Could Go To Jail For Recording His Wife's Infidelity

Sean Donis, 37, never imagined that after discovering his wife's infidelity he would now be facing charges that could put them in jail for up to 15 years.

On April 15, 2016, his wife Nancy Donis, 38, asked him to take care of their little 5-year-old son, since she would go out to dinner with a group of friends.

During the night, Sean noticed the absence of his son's iPad, so he activated an application on his phone to locate it and find out if his wife had it. The man realized that the device was traveling to Rockland County in New Jersey, raising suspicions about what his beloved was really doing.

The unsuspecting husband decided to investigate Nancy's whereabouts himself, so he left his little boy in the care of a relative. Upon arriving at the destination indicated by the Find My iPhone application, Sean discovered that it was a house and found his wife's car parked there.

The front door of the house was open, so he entered. To her surprise and sadness, she found her partner having a sexual encounter with Albert López, the woman's boss.

Despite the state of shock in which he was, he recorded two videos with his phone, one of them confronting his unfaithful wife and his lover. “Everything is on video! … I can't believe it, Nancy,”Sean would have said to his partner, as revealed by a report published by the New York Post on its online site.

Of course, after six years of marriage, their relationship came to an end at that time and ended legally in February 2017. But that was not the end of Sean's ordeal, since on July 20 he received a notification informing him that he now faces charges of robbery and illegal surveillance, all related to that day when you recorded the infidelity of your spouse.

"I feel it is unfair what they are doing to me … It is like I am being mortified twice," he revealed of his situation.
