Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto deleted from his Instagram account a photograph that he had recently published and in which he appeared alongside Julión Álvarez, who was accused by the United States government of having ties to drug trafficking.

Although the reason why the president decided to delete the image is unknown, the truth is that the snapshot disappeared just a day before the US Treasury Department presented a list that included the name of the singer and that of the Mexican soccer player Rafael Márquez..
