The romance between the model Tania Ruiz Eichelmann and the former president of Mexico Enrique Peña Nieto is going from strength to strength, to the point that the couple could reach the altar. At least, that's what the young blonde would like, who confessed to being more than ready for marriage.

That statement goes against everything the blonde had thought about her life as a couple, since it ensures that until now she had not been sure to marry.

“I had never wanted to get married because I have never been 100 percent sure. Today, even if it is not in our plans, I would take the step without thinking twice, said the young woman to the magazine Hello! Mexico.

This confession comes just months after the model confirmed her relationship with the former Mexican president with a photograph on her social networks.

"The smile that won me over was not only the one I saw, it was the one you woke up in me," wrote the 32-year-old with the image.

Rumors of a possible relationship between the model and the politician were unleashed after being caught sharing romantic walks in Spain earlier this year. In February, former first lady Angélica Rivera announced her separation from the president, with whom she was last publicly seen in late January.

"Today all my energy, strength and love is focused on continuing to be a good mother, on recovering my life and my professional career," the actress wrote on her social networks. "I regret this painful situation for me and for our children."

For his part, upon legally concluding the relationship, Peña Nieto thanked the actress for staying 9 years at his side.

“I want him to always do well and to succeed in everything he undertakes. Angelica, thank you very much for everything”, wrote the former president on her social networks.
