A professional prankster who broke into the Eurovision show in Ukraine to show his butt to the public could spend five years in prison, according to Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsén Avákov.

The unusual incident happened on Saturday in the middle of the contest when the Ukrainian singer Jamala, winner of the festival edition last year, performed a song. Suddenly, an individual with an Australian flag on his waist jumped on stage and danced around the artist until he turned around and pulled down his pants to show his butt to those present, and to the millions of spectators who followed the show in the entire continent.

Jamala, who apparently did not realize what was happening, continued to sing as security personnel rushed to the spontaneous, which they dragged from the stage.

The prankster was identified as Vitalii Sediuk, who has made a name for himself as incidents such as Brad Pitt's assault on the red carpet in 2014, a kiss on a forbidden part of Kim Kardashian's anatomy last year, and other strange plays to Will Smith, Madonna, Adelle, Bladley Cooper, and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Until now this Ukrainian citizen has been able to get rid without major consequences, but this latest prank could be more expensive. Avakov called the so-called "provocative journalist" "shame on the country" and recalled that the criminal code provides for acts of vandalism with aggravating penalties ranging from fines to five years of deprivation of liberty.

"In response to the question about the idiot who showed his butt to 200 million viewers (…), in his own words he wanted to do his hobby, since" he works informally as a provocative journalist, " said the minister.

Outside of the joke of the famous Sediuk, the great protagonist of the night was the Portuguese singer Salvador Sobral, who won the contest in a clear way thanks to his heartfelt interpretation of a beautiful romantic song titled “Amar pelos dois” (Love for both).
