Mexico City lives a few days of tension due to the police hunt unleashed against a man suspected of murdering three of his girlfriends, one of whom allegedly cut his hair before disappearing with his belongings.

The suspect, whose photos and videos circulate incessantly on social networks, responds to the name of Jorge Humberto Martínez Cortés and is already known as "the matanovias."

The last victim was Campira Camorlinga Alanís, whom his brother found on December 31 wrapped in quilts with choking marks, bruises and amid a strong smell of gas.

He cut it off and took it away. He left no traces of the hair,” Jorge Camorlinga, the victim's brother, told local media. The man explained that the family requested an autopsy of his sister's body, since the circumstances in which they found her were strange.

Below is a photo of the suspect's Facebook profile that was posted in late December, shortly before Campira Camorlinga's death.

Camorlinga also revealed that her sister and the suspect lived together in the Coyoacán neighborhood, and that security videos had confirmed that the last person to see her sister alive had been Martínez Cortés.

Subsequent analysis of the victim's body, who had only been dating the subject for a couple of weeks, revealed that she was strangled. The family filed a complaint with the Mexican Attorney General's Office, which confirmed the existence of other investigations.

In fact, from Camorlinga's complaint, two other deaths of young people have been attributed to the same subject.
