A little boy with cancer named Jimmy Spagnolo of just six years old has become the sensation of Facebook thanks to the effusive dance with which he celebrated the end of his chemotherapy.
Virtually since his birth, the little boy has been receiving medical treatment for a cancer that was diagnosed when he was only 4 months old.
