Father And Son Will Go To Jail For Raping A Minor Who Was Their Relative

Moving scenes were experienced this Friday in a Lucas County, Ohio court when a young girl who was locked in a basement and abused for years by her own relatives testified against her executioners.

The 13-year-old girl, whose name has not been revealed because she was a minor, faced Timothy Ciboro, 53, and her son Esten Ciboro, 28, who for years beat, raped and even immobilized them with shackles on the basement of your home.

Now both subjects were sentenced for violating the well-being of another minor, whom they kidnapped and raped, authorities revealed to People.

Both subjects, originating from the town of North Toledo, pleaded not guilty and impassive, assured that the atrocities they committed against the member of their own family were carried out "for love."

To make matters worse, during the shocking hearings, another girl -only 9 years old- took the stand to tell how Timothy also abused her.

His testimony served so that after six hours of deliberation the jury determined that the father would deserve a 41-year sentence in the shade and without bail; while his son would receive 3 prison sentences for life, plus 38 more years in prison, but with the option of bail.

"It is difficult enough for anyone to have to testify before a jury, but when you have [in front of you] asking questions, that is a much more difficult thing to observe and experience," Frank Spryszak, assistant prosecutor in charge of case.

"However," Spryszak said, "I have to admit that those girls … the resistance of the boys sometimes surprises me, and they made the case much easier for us."
