Kim Kardashian Four Men Accused Of Robbery In Paris

Four of the 17 subjects who were arrested earlier in the week in connection with the robbery suffered by Kim Kardashian at gunpoint in Paris have been formally charged.

According to the French television channel BFM TV, among the accused is a 64-year-old man who allegedly tried to resell some of the jewelry that was stolen from the Keeping up with the Kardashians (E!) Star. The suspect has rejected the charges through his lawyers.

Charges were also filed against Yunice A., 63, and Florus H., 44, who are accused of conspiring, assaulting, kidnapping, and forcibly depriving Kardashian of his liberty.

The fourth defendant is Gary M., 27, who is the brother of Kardashian's driver, who was also arrested in the operation earlier in the week.

According to People, 6 of the 17 arrested earlier in the week remain in police custody and include a 6-year-old man identified as Omar, who they believe was the one who gagged Kardashian at his hotel.

The subject was arrested along with his children, aged 29 and 23 respectively, who would be responsible for posing as police during the robbery.

The violent assault, which has left aftermath of depression and anguish in Kardashian, occurred inside his room at the No Address Hotel in the early hours of October 3.
