Reality star Valerie Fairman died Wednesday of an apparent drug overdose.
Fairman had become famous for participating in the second season of MTV's popular reality show 16 and Pregnant.
The 23-year-old actress was found unconscious on Wednesday in the bathroom of the residence of friends in Pennsylvania, who when she did not go out began to worry and had to break the door.
Authorities confirmed to People that his death is under investigation, however it is speculated that he may have died from a drug overdose.
