Within days of leaving her role as first lady of the United States, Michelle Obama chose to change her look.
Although we were used to seeing her with her hair clear of the face and with a lot of volume, the wife of President Barack Obama decided to straighten her hair.
During the annual Kennedy Center gala - in which the actor Al Pacino, the rock band The Eagles, the singer-songwriter James Taylor, the gospel singer Mavis Staples and the Argentine pianist Martha Argerich were awarded - Michelle wore an elegant suit with shoulders exposed and pearl earrings. But what caught her attention was her new straight hair style with a parting in the middle. Very chic!
It is not the first time that it has an impact on her look. During her visit to Cuba in March 2016, Michelle garnered glances with the dresses she wore in the Caribbean country.
Some of the suits Obama has worn in public events have caused such a stir that they are sold out in a matter of minutes. Such was the case of the orange-yellow dress by designer Narciso Rodríguez that Michelle wore during her last intervention in the State of the Union speech.
As reported by various media, the $ 2,000 dress was sold out before the speech of her husband, Barack Obama, ended.
