We hardly recognized Catherine Zeta-Jones when we saw her on the carpet at the premiere of the off-Broadway play The Library at the Public Theater in New York. And is that the actress was debuting a new look.
Now Zeta-Jones now sports pretty thick bangs that cover her eyebrows (actually reaching her eyes). And apparently she also cut a few strands of hair around her face.
The actress kept the rest of her look simple and impeccable, as usual, with lipstick in a brown tone and a smooth smoky effect on the eyes, to accompany a black dress with a deep neckline.
But, her new haircut isn't the only thing that has everyone talking about the Side Effects star. And it is that the actress was accompanied by her husband, Michael Douglas, this being the first time they attend an event together since they decided to reevaluate their marriage last June.
"It's very easy to give up," a friend of the couple tells People. "But they wanted to make the effort. I am very happy for them.”
We hope that with this new look, the actress is celebrating a new chapter of much happiness in her life.
And although we think Zeta-Jones looks spectacular with any look, we want to know what you think of its new image.
