A few weeks after leaving the hospital after recovering from complications caused by coronavirus, Danna García announced that she has COVID-19 again.
Through her stories on instagram, the Colombian actress shared that, unfortunately, the tests that were carried out this week to assess her state of health, tested positive for the virus.
"I'll be fine, we'll all be fine," she wrote hopefully next to an old video where she is seen sharing with her son. "We will get ahead again."
At the end of March, the protagonist of soap operas such as Pasión de gavilanes and Qué bonito amor, had confirmed that she was recovering favorably from the virus, after spending a little over a week in a hospital. However, she had to remain in isolation following medical indications, to avoid any contagion to third parties, especially her little Dante, from whom she has apparently been separated for more than a month.
With this new diagnosis, the actress will continue in strict confinement until obtaining more favorable results.
Since revealing her delicate state of health, Danna has remained in spirits, hoping to recover as soon as possible to rejoin her family.
Experts continue to investigate the virus to learn more about its effects and possible cures. So far, there are about 662,000 infections in the United States and more than 33,000 people have died from the coronavirus, according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
