With a virus turned into a pandemic that has already left more than 712 thousand cases of contagion and more than 33 thousand deaths in 192 countries, taking care of health and keeping the immune system strong has become a vitally important task for many, especially those who have suffered respiratory failure or lung disease, such as Adamari López.
The charismatic Puerto Rican presenter, who contracted influenza in 2018 that had her on the verge of death for almost a month, is taking all possible precautions and measures to protect herself as much as possible from this virus that keeps everyone on edge.
A few days ago, the former villain of successful soap operas such as Wild Cat and Iron Soul hired the services of a doctor, who went to her home, to strengthen both her immune system and that of her partner through a vitamin serum.
“Here I am giving myself an important vitamin pool to keep the immune system strong. You know that with everything that is happening with the coronavirus, you want to stay well and healthy. A year and a half ago I was super ill at the hospital due to influenza and I don't want to take any risks, shared the host of A New Day.
Adamari, who has close to 5 million followers on Instagram alone, is aware that we are at a time when it is important to take good care of yourself and not take any risks.
"Remember that I am working on Sundays too so in order to be well and to be working at 100 every day almost a week and to continue exercising and eating well because there is nothing wrong with a little vitamin", he assured.
The presenter's publication generated more than half a million reproductions on her Facebook page and exceeded 2,000 comments, including one out of place that Adamari did not hesitate to face with the elegance that has always characterized her.
