Clarissa Molina has spent two weeks in voluntary quarantine in her apartment in Miami due to the coronavirus pandemic, which in the United States alone has already left more than 80,000 cases of infection. The young Univision presenter has not even left her house to go shopping at the nearest supermarket. You are avoiding it. In her building, she says, there is a positive case of COVID-19 and she wants to protect herself as much as possible. His house, like that of hundreds of thousands of people who have had to leave their workplace these days as a preventive measure against the spread of the coronavirus, has become an improvised study from where he connects every afternoon with El gordo and the flaca, a program in which she has been working for more than three years.

Hello Clarissa, how are you doing the quarantine?

The truth that praying a lot for humanity. We are going through moments full of uncertainty and suddenly we do not know what will happen but the important thing in maintaining the faith that very soon this will happen and the result has a lot to do with our behavior at the moment.

We must prepare and be cautious but not be afraid because our minds are very powerful and attract everything you think

How is your daily life in quarantine now?

I have had a lot of time to meditate, to find myself. I think it is a good time for this especially if you live alone which is my case. I have been able to take many things out of my closet to donate to those most in need, exercise to keep my system active and especially talking to my family every day.

We know you are working from home, was it a decision you or the program made?

Two weeks ago we asked as a precaution that all of us who can work from home do so until further notice. These measures reduce the density of people working in the study and the risk to the health of those who work in our offices and our community.

It is a good time to reflect, to thank for everything we have every day and that we do not appreciate for thinking about things that are not worth it

We saw that in your building there is a person infected, in what way are you taking care of yourself?

Since they announced this I have not left the apartment, I have not gone to the supermarket or the pharmacy. If I had to leave the emergency I would take all possible precautions, but I am avoiding at all costs leaving the house for you and for me.

What would you advise people to make the quarantine more bearable from their homes? What works for you?

I think it is a good time to reflect, to thank for everything we have every day and that we do not appreciate for thinking about things that are not worth it, taking advantage of family time, reading a good book, cleaning your closet and all the house to renew energy.

Finally, what message would you like to share with the public in these difficult times?

Let's think that fear is something that we must avoid at all costs. We must prepare and be cautious but not be afraid because our minds are very powerful and attract everything you think. No to panic. And that you really are not alone, I send you a big hug wherever you are reading this right now.
