The new regulation that prohibits serving food in restaurant and bar canteens to curb the spread of the coronavirus is affecting many celebrities in the United States, including William Levy. The luxurious restaurant that the Cuban actor opened just a few months ago in the state of Florida has been affected by this measure. The local has had to suspend its table service so it can only serve food at home.

This was announced this Thursday on the television program Suelta la sopa (Telemundo) by the journalist and presenter Carlos Adyan, who is one of the chain's youngest faces.

"They are open from 12 to 7 at night but their concern is really that they can only deliver and the order is more than 50 dollars because if it is less it really is not business for the business as such," reported Adyan.

"So that is one of the concerns they have because there are fewer and fewer orders and obviously eating in a restaurant is simply expensive and people are not spending because they are suddenly preferring to eat at home," he added.

It was in November of last year when Levy opened, after much work and sacrifice, his famous Level 29 restaurant, which is located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. He did it accompanied by his family and supported by several friends, including Lili Estefan.

The restaurant, which is also a cocktail bar, serves Nikkei food, a fusion between Peruvian and Japanese cuisine that fascinates the soap opera lover so much.
