Michelle Galván shared her greatest joy with People En Español. The co-host of Primer Impacto (Univision), who will be at our most powerful women in Miami event on March 13-14, exclusively revealed that she is pregnant. I'm super happy. I am living absolute happiness. We have been waiting for it for years. After the storm we feel like we are about to see the rainbow,”says the 32-year-old Mexican journalist about the baby she is expecting with her husband, the Mexican businessman Fernando Guajardo.

The 32-year-old Mexican journalist learned of the news by taking a pregnancy test at her home in Miami in December, when she returned from Mexico to present Las Mañanitas to the Virgin of Guadalupe. “My mother accompanied me on this program at the Basilica of Guadalupe and we prayed with such devotion. We arrived in Miami and within a week I started to feel weird. Fer says to me: 'How about you get a pregnancy test?' I said, 'What's wrong with you? The treatment did not work for us, my love, '”recalls Galván. We were about to enter a vitro, this 2020 we were going to do an in vitro and prior to that we did special hormonal treatments that my doctor who is a fertility specialist gave us. They didn't work for us and we had to regulate the hormones again, and this year we were going to do the in vitro”.

However, it was not necessary since Galván got pregnant naturally. After losing two pregnancies in years past and a third pregnancy recently in 2019, the journalist sees this baby on the way as a miracle. "We cried, we laughed, we were nervous about our background," she confesses of her and her husband's reaction. “Last year's was going to be two months old. We didn't even know what it was. We had lost two and then last year we lost another. We underwent treatments and it did not work, it is a long battle”.

Still, the presenter, who is about to turn four months pregnant, did not give up on fulfilling her dream of being a mom. "Now seeing me with my tummy is an immense happiness," she confesses. “The first weeks were very nauseous, very vomiting, but I appreciate all that because it brings me closer to my baby. I am enjoying every sensation, every pain. It would be my ideal to have two, but if with one I feel this happy, I can't ask for more. We were so blessed,”she says of her son -or daughter- to arrive. “I feel that it is the time that God wanted, that it was the perfect time. I'm sure this new story will have a happy ending."
