Actress Hayden Panettiere is going to be a mom.
The star of the television series Nashville (ABC) is expecting her first child, the result of her relationship with her fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko, confirmed People.
After announcing their engagement last October, the couple postponed their wedding plans due to the difficult situation Ukraine is going through, the groom's country of origin.
However, in April the 24-year-old actress told Parade magazine that they "still have time" to plan the big day.
Panettiere and the 38-year-old boxer, who is a heavyweight champion, will now have even less time to plan the wedding, with preparations for the baby's arrival on the agenda.
Although Panettiere had not announced her pregnancy, she did give hints in an interview with Glamor magazine that she wanted to start a family.
“I have received too much from life, and I don't feel the age that I am. I feel like I was born to be a mom,”Panettiere told the magazine. "There are people who when they talk about [having children] is something like: 'Your life ends, you can never do anything again!', To which I reply, 'What are you talking about?'"
