Being diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma was not the only thing that Juan Manuel Cortés had to face.
The Colombian exclusively confessed that when he was fired from an entertainment magazine he also saw his luck. "I worked three years [there], but suddenly something strange began to feel in the office, after three and a half years my boss told me it was no use for that and he ran me," says the driver of Suelta la sopa (Telemundo).
"But I was studying Kabbalah and they tell us that we have to be certain."
So with his head held high, Cortés continued on his way. "I [was] a long time ago asking God to find a better job and at that moment if my boss hadn't run me [nothing would have happened]," he continues.
