Alicia Machado spoke in the No Rolls segment of Despierta América (Univisión) about a criticism she made of a photo that Alexa Dellanos shared on social networks in a bikini, showing her voluptuous figure. The former Venezuelan Miss Universe commented on the photo of the presenter's daughter Myrka Dellanos: “Poor girl, in what I stepped on in the 40s, I don't want to imagine what a phenomenon it will become. Machado spoke about his reaction to this photo on the show.
