The 38-year-old interpreter suffered an anxiety attack at work for the first time on Monday while filming a special participation in the new novel by Televisa Médicos and, far from hiding it, the actress decided to share her experience with her fans through the networks social.

The actress asked that they bring her cotton with alcohol to do the breathing exercises "because my heart was beating faster and literally I couldn't breathe."

Carmine, who has a little over half a million followers on Instagram alone, decided to share her experience through social media in order to help other people who, like her, also suffer anxiety and panic attacks.
"When it happens, do not hesitate to seek help," recommended the actress, who gave a series of tips that work for her when dealing with anxiety attacks.
"The important thing when I give them is to identify it, that is it, notify the people around you, try to stay as calm as possible and that the people around you know and say 'talk to me', [to] do the exercises of relaxation, which help me a lot, [and] have a group of people [who] have the same problem, "he shared.
