If you have already redecorated your bedroom, organized the wardrobe and learned how to make your own bread, we recommend that you spend those extra moments taking care of your skin to get out of this quarantine with a better face than ever. Look how!
We've asked yoga, healthy eating and sustainable lifestyle influencer and advocate Valeria Hinojosa of @waterthruskin to confess to us some of the natural beauty tricks she's putting into practice during this time of social isolation at home that she's happening in Miami. Write down what you need and get to work.
First, an ice bucket with ice, filtered water and essential oils. The blogger recommends rosemary or lavender for its calming properties, but if you have any other favorites, you can also use it.
It is super simple! All you have to do is put the ice bucket with the filtered water and a few drops of the essential oils you have chosen in each ice in the freezer and let it cool at night.
In the morning, apply your favorite moisturizing facial oil to clean skin and after a few minutes, rub the ice with essential oils all over your face with a soft massage. "Ice helps with blood circulation, stimulating [the creation] of natural collagen that works well to remove wrinkles and prevent acne," says Hinojosa about this simple technique that he follows religiously as part of his morning routine.
