We are in the middle of summer, the perfect season to wear lighter and more revealing clothes, and to go on vacation to the beach. It is also the right time to get fit and be able to wear that swimsuit that we love so easily. Therefore, we asked the coach Yarishna Ayala, who thanks to her discipline has managed to have one of the best bodies, to share with us her advice and an easy and quick routine to improve the most problematic parts, such as the legs, arms, the abdomen and the buttocks.
"It is essential to eat carbohydrates and proteins before and after training," explains the expert of these exercises that you can include in your routine twice a week. "The insulin spike goes down as does the glycogen in the muscle and to recover the tissue we must give it the necessary nutrients for the muscle to increase and develop."
In the video, Ayala shows a short routine that you can do either in the park while your children play or even in the place that you are on vacation.
"Water consumption is very important since the body itself, most of it is water," he says. “As we hydrate the body, we will see results instantly. Let us remember that water is a natural diuretic, that is to say that you eliminate toxins and lose weight quickly”.
