Having large breasts for some women is a luxury and many even undergo operations to enlarge them and enter that group with almost perfect breasts. But for other women, the reality is very different. They have large breasts, without surgery and they even have health problems because of it. Another problem for girls with big breasts? Finding the perfect bra that helps you hold them better and is not uncomfortable in the process. Although many brands claim to have the perfect ones, not all meet the requirements. If you are among this group of women, it is good that you follow some tricks when buying a bra.

We spoke with Suzanne Barton, Executive Vice President of Design and Global Marketing for PVH, the company of brands like Warners and Olga by Warners, to give us some tips that can be put into practice when buying the bra that will make girls with big breasts they look and feel better.

1- First, look at the braces. Although the support of most bras does not come from the straps, they do provide these, however they offer support to keep the breasts raised. Look for wide straps [plus they don't bother the shoulder].

2- Look at the back band. That's where most of the support comes from. For large breasts you need one that is wide.

3- Measuring [size] is very important. It is recommended to do it every six months because the size is changing, in addition to the duration of a bra is about six to 9 months.

4- All women, including women with small breasts, should bend down and put their breasts in place when they are measuring a bra. That way it's easier to know if they fit.

5- To know if it is your size, the back band should be kept horizontal around the body and without climbing.

6- The breasts must not protrude from the bra. That is a sign that it does not serve you.

7- Try to raise your arms when you are trying on a bra. If it goes up, it means you are wearing the wrong size.
