In recent years the makeup industry has changed a lot. The most iconic brands have been renewed and new ones have emerged with great success, partly due to their exposure on social networks. It is this boom on Instagram and YouTube that has also made many men who love makeup known, captivating with the talent they show when it comes to making tutorials. In fact, there are also many men who, although they do not do tutorials or have their faces covered in makeup, they like to cover their dark circles or apply a bit of powder bronzer. That's why Tom Ford launched his first men's makeup collection a few years ago that included bronzer and concealer. Now Chanel follows in his footsteps and prepares to enter the world of male beauty.

The brand will add a small makeup collection to the existing Chanel's Boy line, which until now included perfumes and bags.

"By creating its first Chanel Boy makeup line, [the brand] reaffirms the changing codes of a vision that has never changed: beauty is not a matter of sex, it is a matter of style," says a statement from the brand.

The collection, which includes a liquid foundation that comes in four colors, an eyebrow pencil that will also be available in four shades and a lip balm, will be available in Korea next September, will arrive in the United States in November and at Chanel boutiques in January 2019.
