The stylist of the actress tells us step by step how to achieve the modern hairstyle that the actress wore on the carpet of said award.

Every Hollywood awards show takes a lot of work for the celebrities in attendance, especially women. And it is that between the dress, the shoes, the jewelry and of course the makeup and the hairstyle, there are many details that must be prepared to look impeccable on that carpet. The SAG Awards were held this Sunday and it was precisely there that the Colombian actress Diane Guerrero grabbed glances with her look.

Guerrero arrived at the gala looking like a modern princess in a beautiful sky blue tulle skirt by Christian Siriano and a crop top in the same color with a high neckline. To complement her look, Guerrero chose a boxy gray clutch and simple earth-tone makeup. But what gave the perfect touch to all of her outfit was the elegant and modern high bow made by stylist Glen Coco Oropeza.

Diane had a vision from the start in this dress. When I saw the sketches she sent me, I loved it and I immediately knew that I wanted my hair to be styled in an updo hairstyle,”explained the expert. “[She] was very inspired by the ballerina bows, but she wanted it to be more structured and asymmetrical. We came up with this bow, which added balance to the softness and fluidity of her skirt”.

Oropeza, who is also responsible for styling celebrities such as Olivia Munn and Chrissy Teigen, explained step by step how she achieved the beautiful hairstyle in a few simple steps so that you too can look like a star.

"For starters I ran my fingers through his hair with a slice of Dove Absolute Curls Supreme Crème Serum and dried it using a flat comb with upward strokes," he explained. "When her hair was dry I sprayed Dove Style + Care Smooth & Shine Heat Protection to protect her hair before using a 1-inch flat iron to put her hair straight."

The stylist then made a super high ponytail and proceeded to make the bun.

"Wrapping his hair around the base of his ponytail, I created an asymmetrical bun shape and held it together with bobby pins.
