Just in time for New York Fashion Week, Vans has announced that it will launch a capsule collection in collaboration with famous designer Karl Lagerfeld.
The designs of the pieces will combine the iconic Vans black and white checkered print with the famous profile of Lagerfeld.
The popular shoe brand will launch the pieces in September and includes six different styles of classic Vans shoes such as the Sk8-Hi laceless-platform and some of the Old Skool pinless styles.
The collection will also include a T-shirt with the Karl Lagerfeld image printed on it, a black and white bomber jacket and a leather backpack with the letter K.

Although at the moment there are no photos of the pieces, we know that prices vary between Shu Uemura, Model Co, Villebrequin, Steiff and Tokidoki, and they have all been very successful.
And that runs in the family! Her cat Choupette has also collaborated with big brands like Shu Uemura and the owner's eponymous brand.
