The greatest beauty secret of the presenter Karla Martínez is not really a secret, it is her philosophy of life: "I believe more in internal beauty, I believe that when you really feel full inside you look beautiful on the outside", tells us the host of Despierta América.

A philosophy that he learned from his mother and grandmothers and that he now wants to instill in his daughters, Antonella and Michaella.

“I try to highlight more his internal qualities instead of external ones. Instead of saying "oh what beautiful hair" or "oh what a beautiful face or body", I am always saying "what beautiful feelings, what a beautiful heart you have, what a beautiful sensitivity …" so that they see what true beauty is ", conversation with her.

Although she confesses that she is not obsessed with beauty and that she likes natural looks a lot, she remembers that in her teenage years, in the 80s, her routine and outfits were very different.

“When I worried more about looking pretty for the kids at school, I would put my pompadour on like that, all standing, which took up to half an hour [to do it to me]. I would wear the leggings, socks of different colors and the tennis shoes could not be missing”, he recalled.

At just 41 years old, the Mexican confesses that now she feels very good with her body, but that it has not always been like this. “I feel like I've evolved. There are times when I did not feel very good with my body and then one chooses to cover body parts, but I feel good right now and when you feel happy with your physique you already start to get tighter and you risk more in a matter of fashion,”she said.

When asked about a person who inspires her, the presenter did not hesitate to mention her mother, who at the age at which many retire, decided to start studying to fulfill her dreams.

“My mom has done everything in life and now I admire her so much more. At more than fifty years old she began to study cosmetology and everything that has to do with beauty and she has opened her own salon by herself. Now it is she who makes me the color and cuts my hair, well to the whole family,”she said proudly.
