Desigual has included the 70-year-old model, Alicia Borrás, in her new campaign to promote jeans.
In the fun video of this advertising initiative, where other very young models also appear, Borrás comes out wearing the pants of the Exotic Jeans collection, like other clothes in the line.
The legendary model, who in her younger years won the Miss Spain crown and participated in campaigns for prestigious firms, withdrew from the race when she was just 26 years old to start a family.
"I had no intention of becoming a model again," Borrás confessed to a publication. "I do it because I like fashion and I think it has to change."
The renowned Pertegaz mannequin, said that older people should also be taken into account when promoting an article.
"Older people have knowledge and experience and that is a plus," he said. "I'm not going to compete with a twenty-year-old girl, but I can parade and pose."
