For the campaign of her new fragrance the designer Stella McCartney has had the presence of young artists, among them Lourdes "Lola" León, the daughter of Madonna.
This is the first time that León has lent her image for an advertising campaign and the English designer is more than excited that she is part of the muses that will promote Pop, her new perfume.
"I am very happy to have Lola on the Pop team. Lola, whom I have known since she was little, is starting a career as a singer," McCartney wrote along with a photo of Madonna's daughter that she posted on her Instagram page.. “She is an independent young woman who inspires and [has] a free spirit. Although she was born under the media spotlight, she has kept her feet firmly on the ground.”
The campaign, which seeks to emphasize self-esteem and acceptance among young women, also includes Canadian singer Grimes, Kenya Kinski (daughter of famous music producer Quincy Jones), and bisexual actress Nastassja Kinski.
Pop will be available in Sephora from March 18 and in the stores of Stella McCartney and in Stellamccartney.com from the 28 of the same month.
