Recreate The Makeup Jennifer Lopez Wore At The Golden Globe

Puerto Rican artist Jennifer López surprised everyone at the Golden Globes night with seductive red lips that she combined wonderfully with the mustard draped Giambattista Valli dress with which she arrived at the award ceremony.

“When you see this dress you immediately think of the Hollywood glamor of yesteryear by the shape and even the mustard color. The layer, the diamonds, is perfection”, says the maquiladora Mary Phillip s. “Her skin, her lip color, are the main thing about this look. It is elegant, while remaining modern and current.”

To create this flawless look, Phillips started by moisturizing lips and eyelids with Prima Eye Lip Contour Pefector by Armani and followed by applying L'Oréal Paris True Match Lumi Cushion foundation in Natural Tan, Perfect Beige and Nude Beige colors., to create a 3D effect.

To define the singer's face, the expert used the darker shades of the same brand Infallible Pro Contour Palette, in the color 814 Medium, along the jaw, below the cheekbones, on the sides of the nose and on the forehead near the hairline.

The makeup artist applied the lighter shade of said palette to the center of the forehead, the nose, the cheekbones and the brow bone, to give a unique luminosity to the face of the also actress.

The makeup wouldn't have been perfect without a touch of color on her cheeks and that's why Phillips applied a touch of True Match Super-Blendable Blush blush to Lopez in Spiced Plum.

To make the lips the center of attention, Phillips opted to use earth tones for the eyes. On the entire eyelid she used Color Riche Eyeshadow Mono from that line, at 306, on the crease she applied the shade 201 and on the center of the eyelids she used the color 205. On the upper lash line she outlined a very fine line with the eyeliner L'Oréal Infallible Black Velvet Liner Liquid, and lastly applied Infallible Mate-Matic Liner Eyeliner to the upper lashes as well as the lower lashes to add some drama and the brand's Voluminous Superstar Mascara mascara.

The expert crowned the spectacular look with this striking shade of red that caused a sensation on the carpet that was achieved by mixing three lip shades: Infallible Pro-Matte Gloss in Rouge Envy, Nude Allude and Forbidden Kiss.
