A Amal Alamuddin did not mind traveling to the studio of the designer Oscar de la Renta in New York more than once just to get the perfect wedding dress. "He is a designer and a very elegant man," George Clooney's wife told People.
The lace-trimmed, off-the-shoulder, 14-yard-length gown was tailored for the bride as Vogue magazine captured every detail of the evidence.
“George and I wanted a romantic and elegant dress. The only person who could capture those elements was Oscar,”the lawyer told the Vogue.com portal. “Having met him made the design process much more magical. He is very welcoming and quite a gentleman”, he explained.
De la Renta's main seamstress, Raffael Ilador, also attended the trial of Ama's dress, with whom he spoke in French about all the details of the wedding dress that is part of the winter 2014 collection.
