Kim Kardashian West shared a cute image of herself and her 5-year-old daughter North posing with Kourtney Kardashian and her 6-year-old daughter Penelope. "Spring break is over," Kim captioned the photo of the mother-daughter duos.

In the photo, the two little girls are wearing matching uniforms, with blue and white checkered skirts and navy shirts, and both add their own individual styles to the outfits. North wears white and white Converse booties and white leggings, while Penélope wears a pair of black loafers.

Several of Kim's Instagram followers commented on Penelope's shoes in the comment section, noting that the shoe appeared to be a pair of Gucci sneakers noted in the photo.

As Penelope and North go to school happily, one who is not having a great time is Saint, Kim's second son, who suffered an allergic reaction over the weekend. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians (E!) Star shared with his fans on Twitter that he reacts "like a lioness" and fiercely protects his children, especially when it comes to their health.

“I did it this weekend when my Sainty had an allergic reaction, and I jumped on the table like an obstacle hahaha. I screamed and called 911, and Khloe had to calm me down! I'm super zen or super dramatic! Kanye West's wife commented.

While it revealed what caused her toddler to have an allergic reaction or what happened after she called 911, her messages kept her fans on the edge of the chair.
