Jomari Goyso fulfilled a mother's dream by getting her and her six children a house. The Spanish presenter of First impact (Univisión) traveled to the Dominican Republic to surprise Ruth, 26, with this house and there he greeted with great affection the children of the young woman who was widowed when her husband was murdered - and today they are raising as a single mother.
The poverty of their small home, where the children slept on a mattress on the floor and lived among rubble, is poignant. "With her mother, father and husband missing and being with all those boys, she is worthy of help," said one of Ruth's neighbors, who prayed for her and her children, in a Goyso report for that show. "You are a mother that no one has made easy for you, but you struggle and struggle," she told the young mother Goyso, who was accompanied to see her by the Dominican presenter Luz García.
In addition to going on a paid vacation with her children, Ruth returned with a shocking surprise when she saw that she had been given a new fully equipped house for her family, as well as clothes and toys for her children. "We all have the power and the gift to love and to help," Goyso told presenters Pamela Silva Conde and Michelle Galván of the surprise that it took six months for Goyso and his team to perform. "I couldn't sleep knowing that those children were in that poverty," concluded the Spaniard.
