Dolores Fonzi openly stated that his ex, actor Gael García Bernal is a good father, and that despite the fact that he may be very busy, the Mexican always finds time to enjoy his two children, Lázaro and Libertad.
"Gael travels a lot, but he does plan to be and share as a father," Reforma newspaper reported. “He is very willing and loving with his children. In fact now he is on vacation with the children.”
Fonzi, who is currently filming the film Restos de Viento, where she will play a widowed mother, is aware of how the traditional role of the father is being transformed.
“Being a mother and an actress is complicated, society has imposed that the mother stays at home and the father is the provider, but those paradigms are changing, the parents have to go through the other part of staying at home, because that is the heroic”.
